Damaged/Defective products
Edge Collectables takes pride in providing top quality collectables and packs all products with care, however sometimes items do become damaged during transit, if this is the case with your item , please contact us straight away through email info@edgecollectables.com.au.
In the case of damaged products, Edge Collectables will offer either a complete refund or an exchange (we pay return postage!) , provided that the item is determined to be damaged.
Customers should note that any enquiries regarding returns must be done so within 5 business days of arrival.
Change of Mind
Edge Collectables does not offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind.
